I'm Billey Albina, MSW-c.

As a social worker, I work with people who are thoughtful, sensitive, and tired of trying to just think their way out of pain.

My work is both for folks new to therapy and for those who have done a lot of inner work already and still feel stuck.

Maybe you've had powerful experiences - in therapy, in meditation, with psychedelics - and you're trying to make sense of what they opened up. Maybe you're holding grief, fear, or old patterns that don't respond to quick fixes or spiritual platitudes.

In our work together, we go slowly.
We stay grounded in the body.

We use trauma-informed techniques, emotions-focused and somatic practices along with thoughtful careful integration work to help you metabolize experience rather than bypass it.

As a practicing Buddhist I offer Buddhist frameworks for those looking for more mindfulness in their lives.

The work is about learning how to be with what’s here, with steadiness, compassion, and honesty.

If you’re looking for a space that’s thoughtful, non-judgmental, and real, you’re in the right place.

A place to slow down, tell the truth, and come back to yourself.
